An unlikely marriage!

Today’s song inspiration is from here.  BTW, I consider this to be a folk song. Just like gypsies singing along as they move from one place to another. Besides Romeo and Juliet there are people like Sarinya “Anne” Kamsook and Deff Yingyuen, who make great love story! I read their story and found it fascinating. Marrying a  dead girlfriend was bit weird, but yeah, who are we to judge others!

He stands on the wedding Altar
And waits for his bride to Arrive
The first sight of her thou flatter
As she walked the aisle
Their memories came alive
A lot of love and fights now and then
Nevertheless he is her No1 fan
It is 10 years of togetherness
Memories full of sweetness

This is the day he did not wanted to miss
For the life long exciting Kiss
she was there next to him
Just like every difficult time
They planned their big day
Never imagined it to be this way
He has seen ups and downs
But this is the most difficult one
There’s Special wedding in the  town!

A tragedy that left a permanent dent
Yes, she died in a car accident
Its a funeral and marriage that he conducts.
He wants to say a prayer
As friends and family gather
He married her in front of large audience
A beautiful gesture of love abundance
together until death do us apart is old
‘We will do even if one of us depart’!

This is the story that will surpass greatest love stories

History in the making to honor the mourning glory!

I am the one to blame!

I composed the song. Here is the lyrics for the song…

Walking in the dark

And sloshing thru’ every puddle on the way

I recall the day when everything went astray

I was on the street accepting my defeat!

I walked home all alone in the rain,

And all my cries,  all in vain

I’m over whelmed with pain and shame

I knew I’m the only one to blame

You called me on my phone

And spoke to me only when I was alone

You called me out on a date for 3 nights straight!

Sitting under the stars, we spoke from the hearts!

We were at our best, just being you and I

We were helplessly, hopelessly falling in love!

We were just being you and I!!

We were just fine, until

I faced some problems of mine

I called out for help;

For A safe place for me and for my whelp!

You weren’t happy with the new place

You  came home with a grim face

I always wondered why you had your helmet on

I did not realize then you were the boogieman!

Look, what I did to you was wrong

I was messed up in the head

I was only trying to look for the man who got lost

I was all over you; I was totally in to you!

I know I killed you with my talk;

But how far I would go to bring you back?

You lived in a world all alone

With broken heart and rendered opinions

As memories stain, and later pain

I wage war in silence with nothing to gain

I know, I love you but not the way I used to

No more words to scar the soul

No more fights to make you understand

No more words that will split your heart in to two

No more tears to shed, no more crying all alone….

My Mother My strength!

Years ago, on a cold early December morning, my mum slipped in to eternal sleep. I miss her every single day and this poem is a small dedication to the woman who is the strongest of anyone I have ever known.  I love you Loads MUM and MISS you terribly.

Before the sun raise

I wake up to the cries

Trying to figure out

What life is all about?

I sit beside my bed

Plan to move ahead

But stare the empty walls instead

Without you by my side,

Mamma, I am going nowhere

I walk in the empty room

With a heart that consume

Pain & emptiness, tears & sadness

I’m left with loneliness

To survive in this darkness

All I want is you just you

Without you by my side,

Mamma, I am going nowhere

You slipped into eternal sleep

A well-planned heaven’s trip

Sanity left to lurch

And the insanity lynch

All I ask for is you

And to be in your company too

Without you by my side,

Mamma, I am going nowhere

Life in this world has no girth

You or I not immune to death

I live here to die another day

You died to live everyday

I wish to see you soon

Hope god grants me this boon

Without you by my side,

Mamma, I am going nowhere
